Job Function:
Shift & Hours:
36 hrs/ 3x12 Days 7a-7p Administering medications, monitoring vital signs and providing vital nutrients to newborns. Because most premature and sick newborns' lungs are not fully developed Ensure that infants are breathing and maturing properly. Assist physicians in treatment plans and examinations. Maintain and update records of the patient's care.
Job Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Current RN license for the state that you are working in (or willingness to obtain) BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association NRP Certification is required Fetal Monitoring Certification is required Excellent communication and customer service skills 2 full years of acute care experience in this specialty
