Employment Status:
W2 Employee Requirements- An active and unrestricted New Jersey RN license is required
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to pass background screening and onboarding requirements
- Ability to perform required job duties, including lifting and mobility assistance Special Training Available
- Facility has a Ventilator and a tracheostomy unit
- The facility and consulting respiratory department provides ventilator and Tracheostomy training Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
