Responsibilities:
Administer medications, manage treatments (wound care, IVs, tube feedings), and monitor residents for changes in condition. Perform physical assessments and maintain accurate, compliant charts in our EMR system. Direct and delegate tasks to on-shift LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Coordinate directly with physicians, therapists, and family members regarding resident care plans.Job details:
