Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history documentation using electronic health record (EHR) systems Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and immunizations, following aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with patients' needs and healthcare standards or HIPAA compliance. Provide patient education on health management strategies including pain management, medication administration, and chronic disease control. Ensure accurate medical documentation of patient care activities while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Valid nursing license with current registration; additional certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology relevant to nursing practice. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special populations such as geriatrics is advantageous.

Pay:

$40.00 per hour
