Burlington, New Jersey Location:
The selected candidate will be working in various Group Homes throughout Burlington County Cities in
New Jersey Employment Type:
Part Time - working 10 hours per week Schedule days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday Schedule hours: 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, or 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM (flexible)
Salary:
$40.00 per hour (non-exempt)
Summary:
EIHAB Human Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality healthcare services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The RN will deliver clinical care, conduct assessments, oversee medical services, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal client outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and health assessments for all assigned clients Develop, implement, and monitor treatment and care plans Administer and oversee medication management and training for staff/clients Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and documentation Participate in care planning and team meetings Provide health education and training as needed Ensure compliance with NJ Department of Human Services and licensing standards Report incidents in accordance with Division Circular #14 and agency policies Supervise and support direct care staff in medical-related services
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey Current CPR certification Valid NJ driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred Skills:
Strong communication and documentation skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word & Excel) Knowledge of behavioral health and developmental disabilities
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move throughout the workday Capability to perform crisis intervention techniques when necessary Visual and auditory acuity to assess client needs Additional Requirements Complete required DDD trainings (Medication Administration, Abuse & Neglect, etc.) within 120 days Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Danielle's Law training Must not be listed on the Central Registry for Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities Why Join EIHAB?
