Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult medical-surgical patients, monitoring conditions and coordinating multidisciplinary treatment. Conduct thorough assessments, develop individualized care plans, document patient progress, and administer medications with precision. Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure exceptional outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge instructions, and health management. Maintain compliance with facility protocols and uphold the highest safety and quality standards.
Desired Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license. Minimum one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience. BLS Certification (required); additional certifications preferred. Strong critical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Schedule/Hours:
Flexible travel contract, schedule details provided upon interview.
