This contract position requires a skilled RN ready to provide immediate, compassionate care to patients in critical conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of experience in an ER or comparable acute care setting Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (TNCC preferred) Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and effective in fast-paced or high-stress situations

Schedule/Hours:

Typical 12-hour shifts; day, night, and weekend shifts may be required Flexibility to accommodate variable scheduling needs

Key Responsibilities:

Triage, assess, and provide direct care to patients presenting with diverse, urgent conditions Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency interventions per facility protocols Collaborate with physicians and team members on effective, efficient treatment plans Document promptly and accurately within the electronic medical record system Educate patients and families on treatments, procedures, and follow-up care requirements Maintain professionalism and adhere to facility and regulatory compliance standards at all times
