General Medical-Surgical Inpatient Nursing Unit Patient Ratio:

1:6 Blocked Scheduling may be accommodated, must include in BODY of submittal 48 hr. Guarantees are NOT approved Scrub Color = Any Color EMR = MedHost There is not an on-call schedule for Med-Surg. The only time a nurse is put on call is for a census flex on call prior to the start of the scheduled shift if census is low.
