We are now hiring for a part-time nurse! If you are an RN and looking for a flexible, well paying nursing position this job is for you. At Simplicity Home Care, we provide high quality home care to seniors. We offer a range of services and take pride in what we do. Job Responsibilities Perform regular visits to clients in their homes Review care being provided in the homes by our staff Ensure home care aides are supervised post-orientation in the home and that skills of the aide match the care needs of the client Perform Starts of Care with our new clients in a timely manner Manages the Care Plan to be provided by Care staff Submit documentation on a timely basis Key Qualifications RN degree Solid understanding of home care and field staff disciplines Staffing flexibility Solid technology skills Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships High impact communication skills; both written and verbal Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail Self starter, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines and manage time effectively Demonstrated ability to problem solve and implement solutions collaboratively Strong organizational skills
