05/26/2026 Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where you will provide life-saving care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced medical interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess patients' conditions upon admission and develop individualized care plans tailored to their critical needs. Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians while closely monitoring patient responses. Operate advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and hemodynamic monitors to support patient recovery. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients with complex medical conditions. Educate families on treatment plans and offer emotional support during challenging situations. Document patient progress accurately and adjust care plans as needed based on clinical outcomes.
Work Environment:
