In the Clinical Oncology program, the Intraperitoneal Oncology Supervisor helps lead a forward-looking cancer care service line that delivers complex chemotherapy, intraperitoneal therapies, and investigational treatments through well-defined protocols, advanced infusion capabilities, and tight collaboration with surgical, medical, and radiation oncology. This cancer care program is known for comprehensive and award-winning care, a team-based care model, and integration within a cross-country system to share best practices and accelerate innovation.

Reporting to and partnering closely with the Oncology Nurse Manager, the Intraperitoneal Oncology Supervisor leads compassionate nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure safe intraperitoneal chemotherapy administration, competency development, precepting, staffing and scheduling, and continuous quality improvement. The IP Oncology Supervisor also champions oncology certifications, empowers nurse-led councils, and fosters a friendly, inclusive culture where collaboration and professional growth thrive.
