Schedule/Hours:
Travel role with variable scheduling based on facility needs
Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication abilities Adaptability and comfort working in fast-paced environments
Primary Role Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical setting Assess, monitor, and document patient condition Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered Collaborate effectively with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and families Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold patient confidentiality Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
