The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including long-term care, primary care, and home care environments. As an RN, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
