The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in various settings, including long-term care, primary care, and home care environments. As an RN, you will play a critical role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patients' progress and adjust care plans as necessary. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Provide support for various specialized areas such as cardiac catheterization, memory care, and toddler care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care delivery. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all aspects of patient care. Skills To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following skills: Experience in long-term care, primary care, or home care settings. Proficiency in managing medical records efficiently. Knowledge of basic life support techniques. Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) usage. Understanding of senior care principles and practices. Ability to provide compassionate memory care for patients with cognitive impairments. Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients and families.
