Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted RN license Proven experience in an Emergency Room setting required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications strongly preferred Exceptional critical thinking and rapid assessment skills Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, treat, and monitor patients presenting with emergent conditions Administer medications, initiate IV access, and follow physician orders Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care Document patient information, interventions, and responses accurately Provide education and emotional support to patients and families Participate in trauma and emergency response situations as needed Uphold infection control and safety standards in all clinical practices Why Consider This Contract Role?
