Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This role will support both primary care and infusion therapy services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care under physician supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform patient intake, assessments, and vital signs Administer IV infusions, injections, and biologic therapies as ordered by MD Monitor patients during infusion treatments for safety and adverse reactions Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care Assist physicians and advanced practice providers with exams and procedures Coordinate care plans for chronic disease management and wellness services Conduct medication reconciliation and prior authorizations as needed Maintain accurate EMR documentation and nursing records Manage infusion supplies, medication inventory, and treatment room readiness Support preventative care, annual wellness visits, and patient follow-up Ensure compliance with state regulations, infection control, and clinical protocols

Qualifications:

Active New Mexico Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in: Primary care Internal medicine Family practice Infusion therapy Outpatient clinic settings IV insertion and infusion therapy experience strongly preferred Knowledge of biologics, hydration therapy, and vitamin infusions preferred Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills EMR proficiency
