Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate and effective care to adult/geriatric patients on a medical-surgical unit Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other care team members Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments with accuracy and diligence Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes with precision Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing wellness practices
Qualifications:
Active RN license (NM or compact) Minimum of 1 year recent MS experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities Current BLS certification (additional certifications a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills
