- Part-time, PRN We are seeking a compassionate, autonomous Registered Nurse (RN) for a flexible PRN or Part-Time position in our home health office.
Part-Time Hours:
Flexible scheduling based on caseload and availabilityShifts:
Day shifts, and some weekendsIn-Home Assessments:
Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessments of patients.Care Planning:
Develop and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians.Skilled Nursing:
Perform wound care, medication management, IV therapy, and blood draws.Patient Education:
Teach patients and caregivers about disease management and medications.Care Coordination:
Communicate patient status changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team.Documentation:
