Reassess patients systematically to identify trends requiring intervention. Develop and implement individualized plans of care within established nursing standards and timeframes. Make nursing decisions based on evaluation of patient outcomes and modify the plan of care as needed. Provide and document patient/significant other education and support discharge planning. Implement and document timely interventions appropriate to patient needs. Perform point-of-care testing as required for patient care. certification CPI certification (also listed as required) Preferred CPI or equivalent (noted as preferred in one section) About the Assignment Work a structured 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM-7:00 AM) providing emergency care in a hospital unit that values safe, efficient, quality nursing practice. You'll coordinate and implement patient care across the patient population served, ensuring standards of care are met while supporting patients and families through the clinical process.
