Pay & Benefits:
Hourly Rate:

What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced ER setting Obtain and record initial assessments, prioritize patient needs, and re-assess throughout shifts Develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with nursing standards Perform Point of Care testing and document interventions accurately Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, physicians, patients, and families Participate in patient education and discharge planning Ensure patient safety and advocate for patient rights at all times
What You Need:
Current New Mexico RN license or valid Compact state license BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (CPI preferred) Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience (new nurses considered for entry level) Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to work night shift in a high-pressure environment About the
