What You'll Do:
Provide routine and complex nursing care to Medical/Surgical patients adhering to standards of practice Assess patient health status, create care plans, and evaluate progress Administer medications and treatments following protocol, monitoring for side effects Document patient history, care provided, and responses accurately Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health management and discharge planning Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient outcomes Demonstrate professionalism and leadership aligned with ANA standards
What You Need:
Valid RN license in the state of employment or a compact license BLS certification from AHA Minimum 1 year of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills About the
