Required Skills:

Current RN license (New Mexico or Compact state license) Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS (OR ENPC) certifications from the American Heart Association TNCC or ATCN certification, CPI or Equivelent Ability to handle emergency and crisis situations with composure and skill Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to patient needs across diverse age groups Knowledge of infection control practices and safety protocols Physical stamina and manual dexterity for demanding patient care tasks Nice to

Preferred Education and Experience:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program Minimum of 1 year of emergency or acute care nursing experience preferred

Other Requirements:

Availability for rotating weekend shifts, up to two per four-week schedule No on-call required, but staff may be called upon if census or acuity is low Ability to work extended hours, including overnight shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM Must be able to stand and walk extensively, with the physical strength to transfer and reposition patients Ability to work in a clean, well-lit environment with exposure to potentially infectious conditions #281256 Leta -
