Schedule:
4 days per week 10-hour shifts
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred Valid RN license in NM required Minimum 1 year of experience in Cath Lab or a related nursing specialty preferred BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA only) required Verbal CPI certification required Strong written, verbal, and basic computer skills Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Apply nursing process to deliver and document safe, compassionate patient care Collaborate with colleagues, physicians, and leadership on complex patient needs Uphold policies to support patients' cultural, religious, and privacy considerations Participate actively in quality improvement and legal compliance initiatives Promote a positive, professional atmosphere aligned with departmental values Practice the five rights of medication administration Effectively advocate for patients and include families in care decisions Maintain clinical competence and participate in ongoing department training
