Administrator Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health Agency. This job is Per Diem and we are very flexible: you choose your schedule and your preferred areas. Each visit is between 20 min to 1 hour long. Depending on your availability, you will receive 1-10+ visits per week, for each patient assigned to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive nursing assessments for patients in their homes. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and physicians. Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication administration, IV therapy, disease management, and patient education. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the supervising physician and care team. Document all patient care accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory and agency standards. Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members including physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and home health aides. Educate patients and families on managing conditions, medication adherence, and healthy lifestyle choices. Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

Current RN license in Nevada with no restrictions At least one year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health or a similar setting BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with patient documentation on computer Knowledge of Medicaid regulations Spanish Speaking Bilingual is a plus
