U.S. Got People U.S. Got People is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Family Practice team at Mike O'Callaghan Military Medical Center (MOMMC) . Education Requirements Degree:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Accreditation:
Graduated from an institution accredited by one of the following: National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) Experience & Certifications Two years of outpatient clinic, ER, ICU, or Urgent Care clinic nursing experience within the past 3 years. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) Active, unrestricted RN license in any U.S. state or territory Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care including triage, assessment, monitoring, and implementation of treatment plans . Perform patient assessments and triage duties as assigned. Provide treatment and discharge instructions to patients and families. Conduct ongoing data collection and assessments focused on physiological, psychological, and cognitive status. Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all patients. Identify and address patient and family learning needs , providing education and support as appropriate. Offer clinical guidance and mentorship to LPNs/LVNs, nursing assistants, and ancillary staff. Demonstrate sound clinical judgment and decision-making for assigned patient populations. Participate in continuing education or refresher training as needed based on peer reviews or quality evaluations. Complete accurate, timely documentation (manual and/or electronic) of all patient interactions and care activities. Ensure nursing care is consistent, skillful, and continuous across all stages of patient treatment.
