certificate. 2+ years full time Med Tele experience in acute care setting. Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility. • Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
• Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs
• Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients
• Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation
• Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures"
