Qualifications:
Current RN license, valid in Nevada Minimum one year recent experience in a hospital cath lab ACLS and BLS certification required Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced clinical environments Strong IV insertion, EKG interpretation, and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Assist physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other cardiovascular procedures Monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after procedures Administer medications and provide pre- and post-procedure patient education Document patient care accurately and promptly in accordance with facility protocols Uphold sterile technique and maintain all cath lab equipment Participate as a key member of a multidisciplinary care team
