Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current and active RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ICU environment Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Demonstrated clinical expertise in patient monitoring, medication administration, and rapid response protocols Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the intensive care unit, adhering to evidence-based best practices Continuously assess, monitor, and record patient status, documenting changes and responding promptly to evolving needs Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and fellow nursing staff to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans Safely administer medications, manage IVs, and perform complex procedures with diligence and accuracy Educate and support patients and families, fostering understanding and comfort during challenging circumstances Comply with infection control standards and hospital safety guidelines at all times This contract position presents an excellent chance to broaden your critical care expertise while making a meaningful impact in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
