Job Description

Responsibilities:
Interview patients to obtain information regarding their problems and build rapport with them. Observe the results of tests or procedures done on patients to determine if the correct diagnosis was made. Monitor and evaluate patients' vitals signs to check for signs of trouble. Monitor the condition of patients in order to provide early warning of possible complications. Prepare equipment and supplies used in examinations or treatments. Follow up on lab tests on samples taken from patients to detect injuries or illnesses, and doctors appointments. Dispense medications prescribed by doctors. Communicate patient information to other medical personnel. Travel to Patients Home. Educate Patient and Family on Patients Plan of Care and disease processes. Pay negotiable depending on experience.
