Responsibilities:

Assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, including preparation, monitoring, and post-procedure care Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals for optimal patient outcomes Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to complications or urgent situations Document all procedures, patient assessments, and interventions accurately Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery expectations, and aftercare Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards in the Cath Lab environment

Qualifications:

Active, unencumbered RN license Current certification in BLS and ACLS Minimum of 2 years' recent Cath Lab experience preferred Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, EKG interpretation, and emergency response Excellent communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills Strong teamwork ethic and adaptability to rapidly changing situations
