AM Experience:

12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months. 60 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience worked in the last 3 years. Travel experience is required. Experience with Epic is required. Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required for submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. 12 months gap required between for Staff at

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience with multiple ICU units, including Neuro ICU, Cardiothoracic, Burn ICU, and Trauma Surgery.
• Basic Arrhythmia experience.

Previous Charge Experience:

Required Credentials:

• Telemetry test required prior to start.

Unit Details:

• Adult and geriatric patient population.
• Adult ICU patients; IMC/Progressive/General care populations as needed.
• Academic learning environment with autonomy and flexibility across a variety of critical care settings.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Every other weekend.
• 6-7 weekend shifts per contract.
• Some holidays required.
• No call.

Floating Requirements:

• Will float to Neuro

ICU, CV/CT

ICU, Burn, Trauma, MSICU, and IMC/Progressive units. 14 days maximum time off 1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months 1 reference required from within the last 3 years Proof of identification required
