Job Description

Community Home Health Care is looking to hire an LPN or RN to staff a couple of private duty case in the Albany, NY area.
Hours:
M-F, 3p-9p Case 1: 13-year-old male requiring G-Tube, O2, Cough Assist Cerebral palsy, unspecified Case 2: 3-year-old male trach, o2, g-tube, suction

Job Requirements:
NYS LPN or RN license required Current Physical, MMRs & PPD Must pass a background check Community Home Health Care (formerly Accu Care Home Health) has been specializing in providing Private Duty Nursing for both Pediatric and Adult clients for over 35 years in the Capital District and surrounding Counties.
