$100,000-120,000 annually + performance-based bonus Job Summary A very well-established nursing home is seeking an experienced Marketer to champion the growth of the facility. As director of marketing, the candidate for the position would be responsible for building vital relationships and ensuring that seniors in need of our services can find their way to us. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a tangible impact on people's lives while driving the success of our mission-driven organization. Additionally, the candidate for director of admissions, will be the welcoming face of our community. In this pivotal role, you will guide families through one of life's most sensitive transitions-helping them feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way. Managing and overseeing the admissions process, will give the families the security they need to know they are in good hands. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth, efficient admissions process that puts residents' needs first. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources. Manage and oversee the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to resident move-in. Ensure all admissions meet regulatory, clinical, and financial requirements. Work with the billing or finance department to insure financial eligibility and pre-authorization where needed. Ensure all documentation for admissions is complete, accurate, and in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations. Serve as the primary contact for the prospective residents and their families. Serve as the public face of our facility in house and at community and networking events to build brand awareness and trust. Coordinate with nursing, social work, housekeeping, and dietary departments to prepare for new admissions Qualifications & Experience A minimum of 1-3 years of marketing and admissions experience with a required focus on the nursing home, senior living, home health, or acute care industry. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with prospective residents, their families, and medical professionals. A proven track record of developing and strengthening clinical referral networks in the healthcare market. Demonstrable experience creating and executing successful marketing strategies that directly result in increased admissions.

A base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
