Requirements:

Develop plans based on patient needs and team skill levels. Implement organizational programs and procedures. Collect data and adjust processes as needed. Maintain licensure and participate in ongoing education. Teach and support patient self-care management. Coordinate outpatient work-up and treatment plans. Provide direct care, including wound care and medication administration.

Qualifications:

Completion of nursing training from an accredited school. 1-2 years' experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med Surg, ER, or Occupational Health. Current New York State Registered Nurse license. Pediatric experience required.
