Summary We are seeking a compassionate and experienced UAS trained Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at our senior living community in New York. This vital role ensures the delivery of high-quality nursing care to our residents, supporting our mission of compassionate service and wellness. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including assessments and medication administration. Utilize unmanned aerial systems (UAS) technology to enhance patient monitoring and safety. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes. Document all nursing activities accurately within electronic health records. Educate residents and families about health conditions and wellness strategies. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Support the overall mission of providing compassionate, respectful senior care. Qualifications Valid RN license in New York. UAS (drone) training certification or experience. Proven experience in long-term care or assisted living settings. Strong assessment skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of electronic health record systems such as PCC. Compassionate approach aligned with our core values of caring and dignity.
