regulatory standards Supervision of paraprofessional staff Delivery of quality aide services along with support in the recruitment and retention of staff Qualifications and Skills RN currently registered and licensed to practice nursing in NY Experience with NY state LHCSA regulations Experience in dealing with Dementia is a plus Previous home care and hospice care Experience in Home Health Aide training The applicant should be able to demonstrate maturity, professionalism and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job Must have excellent telephone and interpersonal skills. Must be able to navigate difficult / challenging situations with professionalism Must have some office administrative experience, specifically filing and organizational, with both paper and electronic files. Excellent computer and MS office skills. The applicant will be required to submit a complete background check, including a check of criminal and driving records along with finger printing and substance testing where required The applicant must have Valid Drivers License and a safe and reliable car The applicant will be required to provide physical/PDD results within past 3 months.
