Document assessment results clearly and accurately in accordance with medical terminology standards. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality during all procedures. Collaborate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, or legal teams to communicate assessment outcomes effectively. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical records management and evolving healthcare practices. Provide patient-centered care by explaining assessment procedures and addressing patient concerns professionally. Skills Strong understanding of patient care principles combined with detailed knowledge of physiology and anatomy. Proficiency in medical documentation and familiarity with medical terminology for accurate record-keeping. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. Ability to interpret complex medical records and translate findings into clear reports. Attention to detail with strong organizational skills for managing multiple assessments efficiently.
