• Ambulatory (Internal Medicine) for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory/internal medicine setting Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document findings accurately Administer medications, treatments, and patient education per physician orders Monitor patient conditions and report changes to care teams promptly Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably EPIC Assist physicians with examinations, procedures, and follow-up care Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications Ensure compliance with hospital policies, infection control, and safety standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced clinical environment

Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State required BLS Certification required Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care nursing experience required Experience in hospitals of similar or greater size/trauma level preferred Level 1 Trauma Hospital experience highly preferred Experience with

EPIC EMR
