Key Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of one year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience Current BLS certification (AHA preferred) Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Adaptability to varied work environments and patient populations
Schedule:
Travel assignment—flexible duration and shift options
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to Medical-Surgical patients Administer medications, manage IVs, and monitor patient status Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with facility procedures Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge instructions Respond swiftly to changes in patient condition, escalating care as needed
