Per HR Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for weekend evening shifts in Commack, NY.
- This contract position focuses on providing care and ensuring the health and safety of individuals served.
- The role requires a current New York State license and experience in a similar setting is preferred.
Requirements:
- Monitor and assist in health and safety of individuals served.
- Supervise and train staff on medication administration and safety procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document medical services and issues.
- Ensure maintenance and review of medical records per guidelines.
- Schedule and follow-up on medical appointments and lab work.
- Maintain an adequate supply of medical goods and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Current New York State license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with developmentally disabled population preferred.
