$130,000-$150,000 Base Salary + Quarterly RVU Bonuses Genesis Medical Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team and provide primary care services within skilled nursing facilities throughout the Cortland, NY area. This role offers autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with geriatric patients while working alongside experienced clinical and facility teams committed to delivering high-quality care.
