Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, wound care, and ECGs Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team Monitor and report changes in patient condition to ensure timely interventions and optimal outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and support
