Your Role at a Glance Infusion & Clinical Care Start a high volume of peripheral IVs, including challenging ones Access central lines (ports/PICCs) Provide infusion care for chronic illness and oncology-support patients Monitor, assess, and communicate clearly with patients Empower patients with calm, compassionate education Supportive Therapies (We Will Train You) Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) SoftWave PRP assistance Red light therapy Phlebotomy Care Coordination Guide patients through complex treatment plans Respond to patient inquiries through phone and portal Participate in weekly case rounds with our medical team Team Environment Support a tightly connected team of: Physicians NPs & PAs Licensed Massage Therapists Dieticians Acupuncturists Mental Health Counselors Work both independently and collaboratively in a coordinated flow Who Thrives at the Stram Center You will be a great fit if you: Love forming long-term patient connections Feel confident with frequent IV placement Value a supportive outpatient environment Enjoy learning new modalities and integrative therapies Communicate with patience, clarity, and warmth Feel fulfilled supporting patients through complex, chronic care Qualifications NYS RN license in good standing Proficient in peripheral IV placement Able to access central lines Strong assessment and communication skills Willingness to learn supportive therapies and phlebotomy Comfortable working in both team-based and autonomous settings Schedule Monday-Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm No nights, weekends, or holidays 4-6 week structured training period
