Utica, NY Position Overview We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a high-acuity critical care assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong ICU experience across multiple critical care specialties and be comfortable floating between ICU units based on patient care needs. Candidates with cardiovascular and fresh heart experience will receive priority consideration. Schedule Day Shift | 6:30 AM

• 7:00 PM Block scheduling is not guaranteed Floating required as needed

Surgical/Trauma ICU:

14 beds Common Patient Diagnoses Neuro/Medical ICU Stroke Sepsis Altered Mental Status (AMS) Neuro Intervention (TCAR) Respiratory Failure CHF Post-STEMI patients CTICU Cardiovascular surgery patients Cardiogenic Shock Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm (AAA) Surgical/Trauma ICU Trauma patients Major post-operative surgical cases Specialty Equipment IABP (Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump) CRRT using Prismaflex or NxStage systems Ventriculostomy ICP Monitoring TTM / Arctic Sun Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive critical care nursing to ICU patients across multiple specialties Monitor and manage critically ill patients with complex medical and surgical conditions Operate advanced ICU equipment and therapies including CRRT and hemodynamic monitoring Collaborate with multidisciplinary critical care teams Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR Float to various ICU units as required based on staffing and patient care needs Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required in one or more of the following:

ICU SICU CTICU

Trauma

ICU MS ICU

Neuro ICU Experience with CRRT and Prismaflex required Heart experience highly preferred Previous travel nursing experience required Epic EMR experience required Certifications & Licensure Active NY RN license required Current

AHA ACLS
