Job Description

NYS Licensed Assisted Living Facility located in Elmhurst, (Queens) New York is looking to hire a Registered Nurse. Previous Assisted Living Program experience and knowledge of UAS is a plus. Job includes conducting semi annual and as needed UAS assessments, processing new admissions and discharges to and from the ALP program, Supervision of Home Health Aides, Maintenance of resident charts. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team with physician, PA, medication staff, CHHA nurse, case manager, and aides. Great Work Environment, spacious office, quiet work setting, caring staff. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year depending on experience
Schedule:
8 hour shift (flexible) Day shift Monday to Friday No nights No weekends
Education:
Registered Nurse Experience:
Nursing:
1 year (Preferred) Previous experience in an Assisted Living Program (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• BLS Certification (Preferred) •
