Category Nursing - RN-Operating Room Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to effectively support surgical teams on a contract assignment. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic perioperative setting alongside skilled professionals dedicated to patient care.

Schedule/Hours:

3 shifts per week, 12-hour evenings (36 hours/week) Evening shift One weekend every 3 to 4 weeks 1 to 2 evening call shifts per week

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse license Current BLS certification required 3-5 years' previous experience as an OR RN Exposure to general, GYN, GU, ENT, orthopedics, and robotic surgeries greatly valued Trauma surgery experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub during surgical procedures across multiple specialties ensuring patient safety Prepare and maintain the operating room, supplies, and equipment Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and support staff throughout each case Provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative patient care Respond to urgent and emergent intraoperative situations Document procedures and nursing contributions accurately This contract opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in a respected surgical environment, bringing your dedication and skills to a diverse caseload.
