This position places you in a specialized Cardiac Med/Tele unit with 43 beds, allowing you to immerse yourself in advanced cardiac nursing environments. Schedule/Hours:
Night shifts: 12-hour shifts, 7P-7A 36 and 48 hour weeks available One weekend shift per week or two every other weekend Must work at least one holiday during contract
Qualifications & Experience:
Current and active NY RN license AHA BLS certification required At least one year of recent experience in acute med surg/telemetry For non-U.S. candidates, two years of U.S. work experience required
Preferred:
Two years of recent acute med surg/tele experience Must reside more than 50 miles from the assigned facility
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a cardiac med/tele environment Utilize EPIC charting system Flexibly float to other units as needed Be open to charge nurse duties and participate in provided training Adapt to facility's scheduling requirements, including occasional block booking
