Overview Registered Nurse - ICU in Geneva, NY, United States Start date: 07/06/2026 Contract duration: 14 weeks Weekly pay: $1,918-$1,992 per week Guaranteed hours: 0
Shift:
3x12-hour rotating (7a-7p / 7p-7a)
Setting:
Short Term Acute Care Hospital ICU This travel assignment places an ICU-capable RN in a short-term acute care environment, providing critical care to adult and geriatric patients with a rotating 12-hour schedule that includes every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Setting:
ICU within a short term acute care hospital No guaranteed hours Responsibilities Deliver ICU-level care to adult and geriatric patients, including those with complex conditions and requiring ventilator support Monitor vital signs, interpret hemodynamic data, manage lines and devices (arterial/central lines, IVs, drains) and titrate therapies as ordered Administer medications and therapies, assess for adverse effects, and respond to clinical changes promptly Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physicians, respiratory therapists, imaging, pharmacy, and support staff) to implement and adjust care plans Document assessments, plans, progress, and discharge planning in the electronic medical record; maintain accurate and timely communication Adhere to infection control, patient safety, and patient-family education standards; provide age-appropriate care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations as needed Requirements Active NYS RN license
Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, and PALS required through the RQI system during clinical orientation NIHSS certification required Basic Coronary Care certification within 6 months of hire CPI certification within 90 days of hire
Preferred:
