In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced setting Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data, ventilator settings, and continuous cardiac telemetry Administer IV medications, vasoactive drips, and blood products per physician orders Perform and assist with procedures (central line placement, arterial lines, intubation) Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including physicians, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Respond to rapid deterioration and code situations Educate patients and families on plan of care and discharge planning Requirements Active New York State RN License (required) Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience preferred Current BLS, ACLS and NIHSS and certifications required TCAR preferred

Up to $2,793.00 per week
