Qualifications:
Active RN license Minimum of one year of recent experience in a Level III or IV NICU setting Current BLS and NRP certifications Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized care to premature and critically ill newborns Monitor patient status, administer medications, document observations, and respond to emergencies Closely collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and family members to provide holistic care Adapt quickly to changing care needs, ensuring safety and comfort for patients at all times Educate and support families through challenges and milestones in their NICU journey
