QUALIFICATIONS
: Valid NYS Nursing License & AED/CPR Training
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
All candidates must complete the online application available at the WNYRIC job site . The application process will require that you upload the following documents from a saved file on your computer; Resume and Cover Letter Transcripts (unofficial college transcripts are acceptable) Nursing License (a copy of your valid NYS Nursing License or a printout from the Office of Professions is also acceptable) Proof of AED/CPR Training (valid, unexpired copy of card(s)) Chautauqua County Civil Service Application (All candidates must upload a completed, signed civil service application. This will require that you click on the link provided, fill out the form, print, sign and upload it to your WNYRIC application.) Please do not fax, email or send hard copies of your application or application materials to our office. They must be uploaded as attachments to your WNYRIC application.
